General conditions for all guarantees
What is Guaranteed?
The extent of the guarantee given for each product is described alongside each product below.
The following description and conditions of the guarantee listed as below are only applicable to products sold at ENTAP.
Each guarantee lasts for the number of years stated against each product below, starting from the date of purchase.
The following products are subject to a:
Product warranty: 1 year from purchase
Money back guarantee: 30 days from purchase

- Extra Lumbar Support Roll
- D-Shape Lumbar Support Roll
- Compact Lumbar Support Roll
Conditions for the guarantees
The guarantees are valid from the original date of first purchase of the product. In order to rely on this guarantee, proof of purchase by presenting the original sales memo issued by ENTAP is required to evidence the first purchase and all subsequent replacements.
Customers must supply and pay for the shipping cost required to return the product to the ENTAP business address.
If a defective product is returned to ENTAP within the 1 year period and none of the Exclusions specified below apply to the product being returned, ENTAP will issue a new replacement product at no additional cost to the customer.
30 Day money back guarantee refunds will only be issued once the product has been returned to ENTAP within the 30 day time period and assuming none of the Exclusions specified below apply to the product being returned.
The guarantees do not apply to products that have been stored incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or wrong cleaning products.
The guarantees do not cover damage caused by impacts or accidents.
The guarantees do not cover damages caused by external factors such as exposure to the sun, dampness, dust or mites etc.
The guarantees do not cover products that has been placed outdoors or in a humid environment, such as the bathroom.
The guarantees do not apply to bargain items; or any products without the original sales memo.
